Does VendaPOS work without internet?
Yes. VendaPOS is offline-first — the counter keeps selling with no internet, queues the sales, and syncs them automatically when the connection comes back. You never turn a customer away because the network is down.
Can I take Mobile Money into my own account?
Yes. MTN Mobile Money is set up on your own merchant account, so payments land with you and we take no cut of your sales. Your keys are encrypted, and you set them up in-app — no developer needed.
Does it track drug expiry and batches?
Yes. Stock is tracked at the batch level with an expiry date on each batch, and VendaPOS dispenses the earliest-expiring batch first (FEFO). That means less expired stock on your shelf and full traceability of what you sold.
Can it handle more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own stock ledger, sales and reports, you can transfer stock between branches, and staff are locked to their own branch. As the owner you see every branch from one place, on any device.
Is my data safe, and can I export it?
Each pharmacy's data is kept separate, staff get individual logins with role-based access, and sensitive actions are written to an audit trail. Your reports export to CSV whenever you want — your data stays yours.
