Does VendaPOS work without internet?
Yes. VendaPOS is offline-first — the till keeps selling with no internet, queues the sales, and syncs them automatically when the connection comes back. Your shop never stops because the network is down.
Can I take Mobile Money into my own account?
Yes. MTN Mobile Money is set up on your own merchant account, so you keep 100% of every payment — we take no cut of your sales. You set it up in-app and your keys are encrypted.
Does it handle barcodes and fast checkout?
Yes. Scan barcodes or look items up by SKU, with prices set centrally by the system rather than typed in at the till. Checkout is safe to retry, so a dropped connection never double-charges a customer.
Can it run more than one shop?
Yes. Each branch has its own stock ledger, sales and reports, you can transfer stock between branches, and staff are locked to their own branch. As the owner you see every shop from one screen, on any device.
Can I control staff and see who sold what?
Yes. Every cashier has their own login, permissions are set by role (which you can edit yourself), and refunds and other sensitive actions are written to an audit trail that can't be quietly changed.
