Our services. Bluelink Solution GH provides IT services including software development, cybersecurity, data analytics, managed IT, computer networking, CCTV installation, domain registration and hosting, and digital forensic investigations. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed separately in writing for each engagement.
Quotes and pricing. Prices we provide are estimates until confirmed in a written agreement. The final price, scope, and payment schedule for each project are set out in that agreement.
Payments. Payments for our services may be made securely through our third-party payment provider, Paystack. By making a payment you also agree to the payment provider's terms of use. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
Refunds and cancellations. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Intellectual property. All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Bluelink Solution GH and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Limitation of liability. Our services are provided in good faith and with professional care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
